Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY
All of our items are delivered by Royal Mail 48 hour service, or similar.
As a small artist there can sometimes be delays in getting things shipped out to you, but if you are concerned, you can also email me at info@seamorecambe.co.uk and ask for an update.
If you are local, you are welcome to call around and pick up, but please wait for us to let you know that your order is ready.
We have a flat fee for delivery of £3.50. This is per order, not per item.
RETURNS
We do our best to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and are sent out in a way that should protect them from damage, however, if the items are damaged during transit please let us know and we will arrange collection and return.
Once an item is returned to us, we will inspect it and give you the option of a replacement item or full refund, including original P & P.
Where an item is received but unwanted, and it is the product that you ordered, you will need to return it to us at your expense. Once we have recieved the item we will check it for damage and refund your order, less the original P & P. We do not charge a restocking fee. You have 14 days from delivery to return the item.
If you recieve the wrong item, please let us know by emailing info@seamorecambe.co.uk, and we will arrange pickup of the incorrect item and delivery of the correct item at our expense.
